Watching videos in high quality or downloading multiple files can burn through your monthly data limit before you even realize it.

1. Stick to Lower Video Quality When Online

It’s tempting to watch everything in full HD, but honestly, 720p or even 480p is good enough on most phones. Streaming in high resolution is one of the biggest data killers.
